January 12, 2017 - Permission to Presume

presume vb 2. Law. to assume as true in the absence of proof to the contrary. Random House Kernerman Webster's College Dictionary, © 2010 K Dictionaries Ltd. Copyright 2005, 1997, 1991 by Random House, Inc. All rights reserved.

We allow the judiciary ("they," those who work for the Crown) to presume, as true, information which we would deny if we really knew what they meant and/or were given full disclosure.

What am I talking about? Well, primarily the name you were given by your parents versus the NAME given to you by the Crown.

They have no jurisdiction over you the man/woman going by the name your parents gave you, however, they do have jurisdiction over any legal entity that "they" created and NAMED.

Whenever they speak a name it is always that styled as "JOHN DAVID JONES" and never "John David Jones." They, acting in their legal (artificial) capacities, can only interact with a legal (artificial) person.

"The only legal person known to our form of law is the corporation, the body corporate." Hague v. Cancer Relief & Research Institute, [1939] 4 DLR 191 (Man. K.B.)

“Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons.S.C.R. 1795, Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54

JOHN DAVID JONES is a legal person, a corporation they created and over which they can exercise authority. Whereas John David Jones is a man, with rights that trump theirs always.

JOHN DAVID JONES can be charged for any infraction while in John David Jones' case there must be a victim, an injured man/woman.

Since they can only interface with artificial persons, if we respond to a NAME they call, they presume you are the JOHN DAVID JONES that they created and can proceed since they have both standing and jurisdiction in the matter.

So, don't respond to their NAME or give testamentary evidence that you were not acting under their NAME at the time.

"Please state your NAME for the record!"

"No I'd rather not, but if you show me the charging instrument I'll confirm if the name thereon is mine." (which it is not)... "Sorry not my name." Whatever they say there after will not change the name or the "person" who is charged.

"Your Driver's licence, Ownership and Insurance slip please!"

"Sorry, I don't have any those in my name but am the holder of those in a name which is not mine and for which I carry no liability."

"Please state your citizenship!" or "Your Passport please!"

"Well, I don't have a citizenship or a passport but I am the holder of these, in a name which is not mine and for which I carry no liability."

I trust you catch the drift...
