Where Lies the Problem?
In every case that I've run into I think the Acts read correctly—when a "person" is understood to represent a corporation or legal person acting as an agent to the government and not a human acting in their private capacity.

The problem then is that neither we nor the Judicial branch of government seem to be able to correctly interpret the terms or language of statutes and the Legislative branch is making no effort to correct this miss interpretation.

The Office of Legislative Counsel is responsible for drafting all of the bills that are introduced in the legislature, perhaps we should subpoena a member of that counsel to appear and, under oath, explain to us, the courts, and the lawyers, the correct interpretation of the words such as "person," and "includes."

Until this is corrected we will continue to be fleeced.
