September 13, 2014 - Human Rights in Ontario

According to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, CHAPTER H.19 (read it!) a "person" is defined as:

“person” in addition to the extended meaning given it by Part VI (Interpretation) of the Legislation Act, 2006, includes an employment agency, an employers’ organization, an unincorporated association, a trade or occupational association, a trade union, a partnership, a municipality, a board of police commissioners established under the Police Act, being chapter 381 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1980, and a police services board established under the Police Services Act; (“personne”)

When we look at the "extended meaning given it by Part VI (Interpretation) of the Legislation Act, 2006" we find this:

“person” includes a corporation;

Since every point in this Human Rights Code is written about a person, who or what is given or recognized as having Human Rights are on this list:

a corporation, an employment agency, an employers’ organization, an unincorporated association, a trade or occupational association, a trade union, a partnership, a municipality, a board of police commissioners, and a police services board

I need your help here. Does anyone one see a man or a woman in this definition, because if it's not there then this code does not pertain to a man or woman.

It is a fact that government has no authority to give rights to a man/woman since it is men/women who have given government the rights that it has.

"A delegated authority cannot be delegated; a delegated power cannot itself be delegated." a maxim of Law

The only part of this Human Rights Code that pertains to humans is the first paragraph of the preamble:

Preamble
Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world and is in accord with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as proclaimed by the United Nations;

We, the men/women on the land, have all the rights.
