Breaking the Law

The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 16 states:

"Everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law."

Since this covenant has been ratified by Canada it represent the law.

Being that recognition as a “person” is a right that is available to everyone—man or woman—it is not and cannot be forced upon us. it is an offering that can be refused or waived.

Having perfected a document such as a Declaration of Private Law, wherein this right is waived, any officer or court official who chooses to ignore that law and charge or convict as though we were a “person,” would be guilty of breaking the law

Ignorance of fact may excuse, but not ignorance of law.” a maxim of law.

Everything of statute law pertains to the “person” not to a man or woman.
