Consent to be Governed

Most Constitutions, Bills of Rights, and the like acknowledge that "All men are created equal." The terms "man" and "men" are to be understood as referring to mankind or humankind.

That being true, no human has authority over another human without their consent.

It follows then that no "legal entity" which is created by man can have authority over another man without consent. These "legal entities" also known as a "natural persons" and "artificial persons" are created by a man and are fictions of law.

The Declaration of Independence says it well where it is written, “governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

Although a legitimate government (most western "governments" are mere corporations) can be a good thing, they fail when there are no limits to the powers that they exercise. That fault is ours. By ours I mean we—men and women. We need to establish the limit and when to withdraw our consent.

We are well past sensible limits to the power that govern assumes today.

It is time to withdraw consent! Let them know...and do it in writing.
