Immunity From Prosecution

When a government confers immunity from prosecution to a corporation or to a a particular office such as judge or a minister you need to know the limitations of this privilege.

That immunity can only limit the actions of those over which the government has authority, namely those who are agents of the government and those who perform a function of government. In other words, only "persons" are not permitted to prosecute the likes of judges and corporations like Monsanto etc.

If you as an individual, a man or woman, determine to prosecute one of these alleged untouchables have at it. No government has the right to determine or limit your rights, especially your right to compensation against those who have injured you.
