November 14, 2012 - What’s Not a Real Government

What’s Not a Real Government?

Real government is a body of a few individuals selected by a larger majority of people, empowered with a portion of the peoples authority, and authorized by the people to manage the resources and interests of the people for their benefit. This is what "by the people and for the people" is all about.

A legitimate government is merely a people owned corporation. However, when that people-owned corporation makes a move to borrow funds from a private corporation, it thereby becomes a private corporation acting for its own benefit rather than for the people.

This move was described in what has been called the “Clearfield Doctrine."

"Governments descend to the level of a mere private corporation and take on the characteristics of a mere private citizen where private corporate commercial paper [federal reserve notes] and securities [checks] is concerned..." (NOTE: not yet to verify this quote in case law but the principle is found in the Clearfield case (below) and in "Bank of United States v. Planters' Bank of Georgia, 22 U.S. 9 Wheat. 904 904 (1824) and F.H.A. v. Burr, 309 U.S. 242" see Nov. 19 Blog - Nov. 18, 2012, Steve)

"The United States as drawee of commercial paper stands in no different light than any other drawee.” Clearfield Trust Co v. United States318 Us 363

A government which has descended in this way is no longer obligated to comply with the codes/constitutions under which it was formed. It is free to act in its own best interests and by whatever means it deems appropriate.

This has happened in America when the government, in 1913, began borrowing money from the Federal Reserve—a foreign owned private bank. What about Canada?

Regardless of what its website says, the Bank of Canada Act (17.2) tells us that all its shares belong to "Her Majesty the Queen,” i.e. foreign owned.

This bank began, in 1974, to borrow its money from privately owned foreign banks. This was a treasonous act was the work of Trudeau and Chretien.

While it borrows its funds from private banks, our government is under the dictates and direction of these foreign bankers. Our present government then is a "mere private corporation” with no real obligation to the welfare of the people.

Are we then obligated to obey the private statutes of a private corporation be it Walmart®, IBM®, or the Government of Canada? Only if you are an agent for, or performing a function within these corporations.
