The Magna Carta

Per the Magna Carta (1297) CHAPTER 9 25 Edw 1 cc 1929 we read:

I. Confirmation of Liberties.
FIRST, .... We have granted also, and given to all the Freemen of our Realm, for Us and our Heirs for ever, these Liberties under-written, to have and to hold to them and their Heirs, of Us and our Heirs for ever.

If this claus in the Magna Carta represents the obligation of royalty to Freemen within the U.K and its colonies, then is the CROWN or HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN (a.k.a REGINA, R.) representative of royalty or is it a distinct corporate entity that has no obligation to fulfil the vows of royalty? If distinct, do we then have any lawful obligation toward this entity?
