Inconsistencies… cont'd
There are many issues which I see as inconsistencies in Canada's, or perhaps just, or especially, in Ontario's justice system. Let's look a few more.

"A legal fiction does not properly work loss or injury. Fiction of law is wrongful if it works loss or injury to anyone."

HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN is a legal fiction, a corporation, not an individual. Were it to be given a place of a plaintiff against individuals this would be unlawful.

Under the definition of a Fictitious PlaintiffBlack’s Law Dictionary, 6th Ed tells us that, "It is a contempt of court to sue in the name of a fictitious party."

Why is HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN the one bringing a charge against an individual? How are we obligated in any way to it? Are the charges just as much a fiction as it is? Or perhaps these charges are not against an individual but against another legal fiction with a name that is similar to ours…one for which we are not the trustee since we did not create it, perhaps HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN or its assigns created it and is therefore responsible for it...

What is like is not the same, for nothing similar is the same. a maxim of law
